Jennifer L. Malone

Jennifer Malone was born in Pensacola, Florida and was raised in a military family, living throughout the Southeast. She attended The Florida State University, graduating in 1998, summa cum laude, with a Bachelors of Arts in International Affairs and History. She went on to earn her law degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D. C., where she served as an editor on the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. Admitted to practice in Florida since 2001, Malone practiced criminal law there for six years before relocating to the Fayetteville area. Malone was admitted to practice in North Carolina in 2012. Her focus at the firm is in Estate Planning and Administration, Civil Litigation, and Appellate Practice.
