Jennifer L. Malone
Jennifer Malone, a native of Florida, graduated from Florida State University, summa cum laude, before obtaining her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown, Jennifer served as an Articles and Notes editor on the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and clerked for both the US Air Force and a preeminent, international law firm. After returning to Florida, Jennifer began her legal career in 2001, practicing criminal law for several years in Pensacola before relocating to Fayetteville. She has been with the firm since obtaining her North Carolina license in 2012. Her focus is in estate planning and probate, and various types of civil litigation including Landlord/tenant matters, complex business litigation, contract negotiation and litigation, construction law and litigation, corporate representation in equitable distribution, and administrative and regulatory disputes.
